It does not mean jewelry can be worn and then returned for preference reasons. Once jewelry has been inserted into a piercing, even briefly, it is considered worn and is no longer eligible for a preference-based return, subject to applicable law. After Your Order Ships Varenel does not currently offer direct exchanges once an order has shipped. If you notice a possible product quality issue within the 30-day return period, contact us before sending anything back. Depending on the situation, we may ask for your order information, a description of the issue, and photographs that help us review the product. What if I received the wrong item? Contact us as soon as possible. Once the issue is confirmed, Varenel will cover the applicable standard return shipping and prioritize sending the correct piece. If the original item is unavailable, a refund or another suitable resolution may be offered. What if I've already worn the jewelry? Wearing or inserting jewelry makes it ineligible for a preference-based hygiene return. However, insertion or wear does not remove legitimate rights relating to a verified manufacturing defect, applicable consumer law, or eligible warranty coverage. What if the issue appears after 30 days?
