Pending & Duplicate Charges Sometimes your bank needs a little time. Why is my payment showing as pending? A bank or payment provider may temporarily show a transaction as pending while it is being authorized or processed. A declined or incomplete checkout may also occasionally leave a temporary authorization visible on your account. These authorizations are controlled by your bank or payment provider and may disappear automatically according to their processing timelines. I think I was charged twice. What should I do? First check whether the transactions are marked as completed or pending. Compare the transactions with your Varenel order confirmation. Contact your bank if one or more charges remain pending.
